Warranty

At Dalton’s Best Flooring Source, we take pride in offering only first-quality products from trusted manufacturers. As an authorized dealer, all our products come with the manufacturer’s warranty. To ensure your warranty remains valid, it’s crucial to adhere strictly to the manufacturer’s installation guidelines. For detailed warranty information, you can visit the manufacturer’s website or ask our sales team to provide you with a copy for your specific product.

Sales

Minimum Order: We require a minimum of 200 sq/ft for all orders.

Product Images: The images on our website are for reference only. We recommend viewing a sample before placing your order. Dalton’s Best Flooring Source is not responsible for discrepancies between the website images and the actual product. It’s your responsibility to ensure the product meets your project’s requirements.
Cancellation and Returns: We operate with a strict no cancellation and no returns policy. This is due to the nature of our products, which are often ordered in. However, in exceptional cases where we do accept a cancellation, a restocking and handling fee of 30% or a processing fee of 5% may apply. Full refunds, after deducting applicable fees, will be processed within 7-10 business days but not beyond 30 days from the order date. A fixed 5% credit card processing fee is applicable on all cancelled orders.
Molding and Trim: Please double-check with your installer to ensure you order the correct moldings and transitions. We do not accept returns of moldings, especially if they have been cut.
Shipping

Nationwide Delivery: We deliver to the 48 contiguous states and provide you with a tracking number. Residential customers will be contacted a day before delivery to schedule a time.
Special Locations: For deliveries to islands, please inform us in advance for an accurate shipping quote.
Delivery Process: Most deliveries are curb-side and do not include unloading or indoor delivery unless requested for an additional fee. Please be prepared to meet the driver in a safe location if driveway delivery is not feasible.
Damaged Goods: In the event of damaged goods, please note all damages on the driver’s delivery receipt. We require salvaging usable material from damaged boxes. Refuse the shipment only if it’s completely destroyed. Replacements will correspond to the unusable portion of your order.
Delivery Scheduling: Our shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, sometimes longer. Please coordinate with your salesperson for an estimated delivery timeframe. We do not deliver on weekends and advise not to schedule installations until you have received the materials.

Installation

We offer installation services in select southeastern U.S. regions. Check with our sales team to see if your project qualifies. For other regions, we recommend finding a certified installer at https://cfiinstallers.org/find-an-installer/.

Claims

As an authorized dealer, all products come with the full manufacturer’s warranty. For any product issues, please initiate a claim through Dalton’s Best Flooring Source. Contact your salesperson or email steveb@devotedecommerce.com with the invoice number, details of the issue, quantity involved, and ample photographic evidence. The claims process can take up to 90 business days, but typically resolves sooner. Please follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for installation to avoid any issues.

Jurisdiction & Venue

For any legal matters arising from transactions with us, jurisdiction and venue shall be in Whitfield County, Georgia, regardless of the parties’ locations or shipping points.
