Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases where we do accept a cancellation or return, the following fees apply:

Processing Fee: A processing fee of 5% may be applicable.
Credit Card Processing Fee: A fixed 5% fee is applicable on all cancelled orders.
Refund Processing: Full refunds, after the deduction of any applicable fees, will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that refund requests will not be entertained beyond 30 days from the order date.

Please ensure you order the correct moldings and transitions for your project. Consult with your installer to verify the specifications.
Return Policy: Due to the custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns of moldings and trim, especially if they have been cut or altered in any way.
